How We Review Sellers

This page explains how we assess sellers of World of Warcraft gold and boosts. We write it down so you can judge our scores for yourself.

The four criteria

Criterion	What we look at
Price	How the seller’s live prices compare with other sellers for the same product and game version, including any fees shown at checkout.
Delivery speed	The delivery times the seller states, and what public reviews say about whether orders arrive on time.
Account safety	The seller’s rules on logins and methods of delivery, and the buyer protection and refund terms it publishes.
Support	Which support channels exist, stated response times, and how complaints are described in public reviews.

Price

Price is only compared like for like: same product, same game version, same currency. We do not treat the cheapest offer as the best one if the other criteria are weak.

Delivery speed

We rely on what the seller publishes and what buyers report publicly. We do not place test orders and we do not publish delivery times we have not seen documented.

Account safety, including buyer protection

This criterion carries real weight. We read what the seller says about how a service is carried out, whether it asks for a password, and what protection applies if something goes wrong. A clear refund policy counts in a seller’s favour. A vague one counts against it.

Support

We check that a buyer can reach a person, through which channels, and what the seller promises about response times. Public complaints and how sellers answer them also inform this score.

Where our information comes from

• The sellers’ published terms of service and delivery descriptions.
• Published refund and dispute policies.
• Public review platforms, read with care, because reviews can be incomplete or manipulated.
• The seller’s live prices, which we display and refresh every minute.

We write from these sources. We do not claim to have run our own purchases, and we do not invent test results or customer figures.

How often we re-check

Live prices update every minute. Terms, refund policies and review pages are re-read on a regular schedule, and again whenever a seller changes its terms or we receive a credible report of a problem. Where a page has been updated, it carries a revised date.

Partners cannot buy scores

We earn a commission from our partner, as explained in the affiliate disclosure. The commission does not influence scores. A partner cannot pay for a higher rating, a better position or the removal of criticism. If a seller performs badly on a criterion, we say so.
