G2G Review
G2G states in its support center that it is not a seller but only functions as a marketplace. Individual sellers list the products, and buyers judge them by user level, successful delivery rate over the last 90 days, ratings and monthly sales ranking. The home page blocked automated access when checked, so this review relies on G2G’s support center pages and its Trustpilot listing.
What it sells for WoW
G2G lists WoW gold, including WoW Classic gold, as seller offers. A support article refers to WoW Classic currency, Cataclysm Classic and Gold (ERA), which confirms those categories exist.
How buying works
You choose a seller, pay, and the seller delivers in-game. For WoW Classic currency the support center requires sellers to keep a video of every trade. The video must start at the login screen, show the game version, the buyer’s character and realm, and the other players in the trade, and for mailbox delivery show that the buyer is not on the ignore list. The whole screen has to be recorded. In a dispute only video proof is accepted as evidence of delivery, which is a strong rule in the buyer’s favour.
If a seller does not respond in chat, you use the Report or Order Not Received button and unresolved cases are escalated to the support team.
Payments and refunds
G2G says it supports over 200 payment methods. Payments are held in escrow, and GamerProtect covers orders that are not received or do not match the listing. It excludes buyer’s remorse, deals made off the platform and changes made by a publisher after delivery. A third-party summary also reports a short window to raise a claim after delivery, so confirm and report promptly. The main support article gives no refund timeline.
Support
Buyers contact the seller through G2G Chat first, then use the report buttons, and can submit tickets through the support center. Trustpilot shows 3.9 out of 5 from 58,316 reviews as of 2026-11-03, with 84% five-star and 11% one-star. The shop is rated Great rather than Excellent, and the low-star share is the highest in this guide, so read sellers and your options carefully.
Verdict
G2G can work well when you pick a seller with a high delivery rate and a long history, and the video proof rule for Classic gold adds real protection. It scores lower than the other marketplaces here because of the weaker Trustpilot result and the gaps in published refund detail. Stay on the platform for the whole deal and never move to a private chat or off-site payment.
