Options explained
- Arena bracket: 2v2, 3v3 or 5v5.
- Amount: set with the slider, from 800 to 10,000.
- Current rating: 0-1800, 1800-2000 or 2000+.
- Save my rating: an optional add-on that guarantees you finish with a rating no lower than you started with.
- Method: Piloted only. Speed: Normal, Express or Super Express.
Before you order
- Points are paid once a week by team rating. A team must play at least 10 games that week and a player must take part in at least 30% of them. At equal rating a 3v3 team earns 88% and a 2v2 team 76% of the points a 5v5 team gets.
- On Anniversary realms arena rating starts at 1,500 per character.
- Arena Season 3 began on 1 September 2026; Season 3 gear is sold by vendors in Shattrath and Nagrand. Season 2 gear moved to Area 52 vendors at a discount with no rating requirement.
- Once a week a bracket rating below 1,500 can be reset to 1,500 for gold, so the rating you enter in the order should match what the game shows now.
- Piloted means a booster plays your character, which Blizzard’s terms of service do not allow and which carries some risk for the account; self-play keeps the login with you.
